For which purposes it is used

The aim of these breathing techniques is to achieve a state of concentration and relaxation in the students through a minimum investment of time and resources so that they can make the most of their time during theory classes, reducing their stress and therefore improving their academic performance while promoting relaxation, which is the way by which our mind is able to be open and receptive to any knowledge and improve the classroom climate by reducing conflicts.

The aims to be achieved with the practice of these techniques in class are:

–          To improve school performance by reducing stress and improving teaching practice with innovative methods.

–          To develop attention and concentration in the classroom by integrating the use of the senses in the classroom during relaxation.

–          To improve the classroom climate, valuing attention and silence as an essential working tool.

–          To develop emotional intelligence, since by creating this intimate environment, students will be able to observe how they have behaved and why, dedicating time to self-exploration, thus improving conflict resolution and coexistence in the centre.
