Feedback Question Types

  • What was the messiest point in the delivered method (creativity technique)?
    • i.e., learners may be unable to explain even the question if they get mixed up: this question inquires as to what point they were confused at.
  •  What was the greatest and worst aspect of the method presented (creativity technique)?
    • Stop/Begin/Continue: What is wrong and should be stopped?
    • Begin with what was removed and what should be included.
    • Continue, that is, what was excellent and should be kept?

It is important to note that best/worst requests assessments on what was written, while stop/start/continue requests specifications for what should change, i.e., only constructive suggestions.

Content Question Types

  • During the class, present a case study. Finally, request reasons for the judgments that were made.
  • Show some facts and encourage students to develop conclusions about it.
  •  The session explained a procedure. Finally, learners are asked to “create a flow chart describing the procedure.”

Reflective Question Types

  • What was the most persuasive argument / counterargument / enlightening example?
  • Write a few phrases describing how the ideas we discussed using X creativity technique vary from those discussed without applying it.
  • Give your own real-life illustration of the idea discussed.
