  • Start small: If, as a teacher, it is the first time that you carry out this technique, do not set big goals that can lead to frustration. The most interesting thing about Lean Start up is that they realize that they are capable of having an entrepreneurial initiative and, above all, that the students realize the importance of testing their product / initiative with potential clients at an initial phase of the project to receive feedback and thus improve the product. Remember the message: Create, Measure, Learn.
  • In order to gather useful information, it is interesting that the students “sell” their product, at some price. It can be something as simple as organizing a small market in your center, where students sell products made by them, or tickets for an event, etc. The money could be real and dedicate it to a donation, or also a symbolic money created by the center itself.
  • If as a teacher you have questions, ask other teachers who have used this technique before, they will be happy to share their experience.
  • Research on the internet, there is a multitude of information, but above all concrete examples and proposals that can serve as inspiration.
