Creativity Technique Description

The demands of today’s society promote the need to adopt new teaching-learning methods. This framework of action, which prioritizes the comprehensive training of people over the acquisition of knowledge, focuses on a student who assumes responsibilities and who is the protagonist of their own learning. In this sense, a more student-centered teaching is proposed, facilitating their competence development. Only in this way it is possible to ensure that students are prepared for the changes that occur in the increasingly changing social and professional environment. Therefore, at any stage of the educational system, but particularly in professional training, it is necessary to give a more practical approach to the learning process, exposing students to the daily problems of the work environment, to improve their knowledge acquisition process and orientation to the professional world (Baena-Graciá 2019).
