What is this technique about

The Torrance Tests of Creative Thinking (TTCT) are the most extensively used tests for measuring creative thinking. These tests have been translated into more than 40 different languages. These are intended to be used as a combination; nevertheless, they are often delivered separately. They are composed of a verbal form and a figurative form. The figural test consists of three different tasks using shapes that participants are asked to draw lines to with a pencil in order to create images and give those pictures labels within a certain amount of time. The exact directions are a little bit more comprehensive, and they encourage users to attempt to think of something that no one else would think of and to add details in order to make a full storyline.
