Materials / equipment needed

  • Pencil, pen, paper.
  • Computers or tablets with an internet connection in case students need to do research on the internet and prepare reports (as it is the case in the described example)
  • Material for experimental work, if it is a practical / experimental experience such as the example of heart dissection. In case the activity involves a case study, for example, it would not be necessary.
  • A blackboard, preferably digital, although it is not strictly necessary, so that the students can use it in their presentations to share their work with their classmates, while the teacher can use it to gather ideas when doing the sharing exercises.
