Megatrend: Digital Technology

  • Step 1: Share with the students the following sentence: “Digital technology has the potential to connect individuals in ways never previously possible, bridging the gap between countries and cultures. That is, at least, the theory.”
  • Step 2: Divide the students into two groups and ask one group to be in favour and the other against it. Their answers should be presented using different techniques / approaches that enhance creativity such as theatrical play.
  • Step 3: Once all presentations are done ask the students to reflect on what they saw, vote for the best presentation approach and justify their reasoning. During this process guide the discussion to identify and point out a method of all uses that followed a different presentation pattern. Discuss it.
  • Step 4: Ask the students to discuss the pattern and share the positive and negative elements of the approach.
  • Step 5: Go for a walk with the students and motivate them to use the stimuli that they see to enhance the presentation made.
