Lotus Blossom Technique

Creativity Technique Description

The Lotus Blossom Technique (also known as Lotus Diagram, or Lotus Blossom map) is designed both for individuals and groups and is used to provide a more in-depth perspective at various solutions to problems. It was developed by Japanese researcher, Yasuo Matsumura, who put structure to the mind mapping techniques used by T.S. Eliot.
