The handbooks include references to the outputs and the achievements of the project and provide a concrete set of steps and guidelines on how to implement them in practice for each of the target groups. The designed platform will help to build closer relationships and share information, while stakeholders from the partner countries and all around Europe will use the tool to promote \u2018communities of learning and practice\u2019 among their local\/national communities.<\/p><p>A modern learning software should encourage collaborative learning \u2013 the ability to follow and share colleague updates, join communities, discuss projects and learning, and share appreciation and knowledge across multiple teams.
