Creativity is a phrase that is used in a variety of contexts and has numerous definitions. The Oxford Dictionary defines it as\u00a0“the use of imagination or original ideas to create something; inventiveness,”\u00a0<\/em><\/strong>while the Cambridge Dictionary defines it as\u00a0“the ability to produce original and unusual ideas, or to make something new or imaginative.”<\/em><\/strong>\u00a0Even though many individuals appear to comprehend what it is, they have a tough time describing it. Creativity is the process of bringing new and exciting ideas to life. Creativity is defined by the ability to see reality in new ways, to uncover hidden patterns, to make connections between previously unconnected phenomena, and to generate solutions. Creativity is comprised of two processes: thinking and producing. You are imaginative but not creative if you have ideas but do not act on them.<\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

Although many people believe that creativity is a talent, it is actually a skill that can be learnt. Creativity is a person-specific skill. It may come naturally to certain people, but it is something that everyone can improve if the right tools and procedures are applied. Creativity is about more than just imagination: it is about creation. Whether it’s a theory or not, you’re going to study this topic to prove it. If this is a novel way, you should put it to the test to determine if it works. You’ll create an object if it’s an object. Creativity is a mental pattern. The big question is whether creativity can be exploited in a corporate context. Yes, but someone must be willing to take chances and push through discomfort to reach the finish line.<\/p>

\u201cA product is creative when it is (a) novel and (b) appropriate. A novel product is original and not predictable. The bigger the concept, and the more the product stimulates further work and ideas, the more the product is creative.\u201d<\/em><\/strong><\/p>

Everyone agrees that creativity is one of the most valuable skills for every working environment and every sector in the twenty-first century, but everyone also knows that if you are not already creative, unlocking it takes time and action. Professor George Land shared an intriguing fact with the world:\u00a0“everyone is born creative, but as we grow older, we learn to be noncreative.”<\/em><\/strong><\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

Mansfield, Busse, and Kreplka (1978) propose in an educational manner that creativity techniques\u00a0are tools that facilitate the creative process and can be employed as instruments for the development of creativity in creative training programs<\/u><\/strong>.
